- Have working experience at least 5 years in HR fields in overall HRD&HRM
- Strong knowledge background in Thai Labor Laws, Compensation & Benefits and Payroll
- Communication and Influencing skill
- Leadership, critical and analytical thinking skill
- Experience in coordination with labor union in manufacturing background is preferred
- English skill: Conversational Level
