This team is responsible for coding and supporting solutions tailored to the front office (financial market business), working directly with traders. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive high-quality software development practices in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

**Main Objectives and Activities**

  • Work with an agile squad to deliver solutions to meet the business requirements.
  • Work closely with traders and front office teams to thoroughly understand their requirements and deliver solutions that effectively align with business objectives.
  • Be proactive to take responsibility and have good communication with the team
  • Be creative to propose a solution for better performance or UI usage
  • Coordinate with developers, DevOps and architects to present or review the solution and source code
  • Provide feedback to improve Norms and Processes, and development techniques.

**Experience and Skills**

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer or Software Architecture, specializing in AngularJS or ReactJS and Java.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful & SOAP APIs, and Microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of data storage systems, such as Cassandra or PostgreSQL, is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Good command of English

**Nice to have**

  • Experience working in a financial or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience with the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) protocol is an advantage
  • A curious mindset with a passion for learning the financial market trading business and products.
