**Requirements and skills**
- Working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.
- Good written and verbal English.

**Responsibilities**

1) Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.

2) Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks, including internet and wifi.

3) Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

4) Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

5) Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

6) Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

7) Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.

8) Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.

9) Test and evaluate new technology.

10)Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
