**Job responsibilities**
- Look after room assignment and room inventory according to the guests' preferences and special requests.
- Responsible for blocking all rooms prior to arrival, maintaining and ensuring accurate inventory availability.
- Control the room availability on full house situation to maximize occupancy. Manage inventory and seek ways to maximizing the room revenue by overseeing the room allocation and driving upselling.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with all other department's especially housekeeping, reservations etc. and likewise engage with guests and ensure that their needs are met.
- Coordinate amenity delivery arrangements with In-Room Dining
- Coordinate with Events and Sales for any group room allocations. Look through group blocks to ensure availability and contracted room assignments are available.
- To ensure a proper use of telephone etiquette standards. Remain professional grooming and posture at all times.
- Able to handle guest inquiries timely and in a professional manner. Able to escalate guest issues to superior if needed.

**General requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year reception experience in hotel industry
- Fluent in Thai & English, both written and spoken
