- 1. Plan and set targets to evaluate the price of goods or services according to the needs of customers or target market groups.- 2. Encourage and supervise the performance of the appraisal team in accordance with the plan and efficiency.
- 3. Analyze information about the goods or services to be evaluated, such as building materials, labor costs, production costs. and other expenses.- 4. Evaluate all costs to determine the appropriate price of the product or service and its advantage over the market.- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in costing or cost accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
