**Supervisor, Construction (Electrical and Instrumentation) **supervises construction activities on the onshore and offshore sites. The jobholder guarantees the respect of construction code of practice and PTTEP standards and specifications. He ensures the quality and safety of all works carried out by offshore construction team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supervise the activities of assigned personnel including contractor teams in performing onshore and offshore construction activities. Perform supervisory duties at the level established by the management for the position.
- Follow up construction work including reviewing all documents related to the construction modification project. Determine optimal construction procedures in order to minimize disruption to operations and recommend such practice to superior.
- Prepare specific construction procedures for offshore work by using basic procedures prepared from Bangkok and PTTEP standards and codes of practice.
- Coordinate procedures with Production/ Maintenance/ Safety/ Logistics/ Inspections personnel and related work people at site to ensure smooth completion of construction work.
- Regarding material and equipment:

- Prepare and review construction materials and equipment in order to minimize bulk storage. Maintain a minimum stock of consumable items.
- Upon request, inspect the materials/equipment prior to offshore transfer in liaison with Songkhla base logistics personnel.
- Receive material/equipment offshore and control the use of materials by contractors based on work at hand.

**Professional Knowledge & Experiences**:

- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in electrical and instrument discipline.
- At least 10 years experience in electrical and instrument construction work including 3 years at a supervisory level.
- Have knowledge of Oil & Gas technique.
- Sufficient self-confidence to organize, control the construction work under responsibility.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Ability to operate PC, MS office and prepare the construction report.
