Analyst, Logistics Transportation

As the Analyst, Logistics Transportation, you will be responsible for the timely and cost efficient execution of inventory deployments (FG, Semi FG, and RMPM) from pre-defined lanes (Vendors or SCJ Manufacturing Facilities heading towards SCJ DCs) within the scope of International Logistics. to deliver excellence in customer service - at The Right Time, Right Place, Right Quantity, Right Quality, at the least possible cost. Scope of the role includes oversight on all modes of transportation (Ocean, Land, Air, Inter-Modal) of RMPM, Semi FG, Finished Goods within the Supply Chain.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- Import Activities

• Manage and overview of shipment bookings, checking of Bill of lading, country of origin ensuring all shipping documents are in accordance with the customs requirements.
• Ensure all transport operations / processes are fully compliant with all relevant SCJ Policies / Protocols, and Country legal standards particularly in health and, safety, environmental, dangerous goods management, transport safety, import / export regulations.
• Oversee Inventory management and traceability within the transportation network and work closely with Warehouse operation team in order meet delivery plan& KPIs
• Work cross functional with all related parties in supply chain and partner with Customer Supply Chain to optimize the customer, service and cost within the network
• Coordinate and interact with relevant stakeholders and to beat the set operational key performance measures LSPs, Forwarders, Carriers, Truckers, Brokers etc.)

- Export Activities

• Plan, book the shipment to Forwarder analyzing and optimizing logístical procedures (container utilization, SRD, GSA, target loading date, ETD and ETA)
• Monitor the shipment milestones, closely coordinate the pick up of goods from WH and generation of shipping documents.
• Coordinate and interact with relevant stakeholders (LSPs, Forwarders, Truckers, Carriers, Brokers etc.)
• Addressing and resolving shipment issue from day to day operation and notify related parties regarding business impact/ disruption

**Required Skills / Experience / Competencies**

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics Management, International Business Management or any related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics, Export
• Import, Freight Forwarder, TH Customs Regulation
• Experience in MNC or FMCG will be advantage
• Strong analytical/ problem solving skills, able to handle multiple tasks& project simultaneously
• Experience in SAP, excellent in Microsoft Office Suits
• Fluent in English& excellent in communication skills
