Job Summary

To drive profitable sales of OEM glass bottle products by managing customer relationships, coordinating billing and inventory clearance, and expanding market opportunities—including off-spec items—while ensuring effective debt follow-up.

Job Description:
1.Drive Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets for OEM glass bottle products, focusing on both existing customers and new market segments.
2.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with current clients and actively seek opportunities to expand the customer base, including selling off-spec products to lower-tier markets.
3.Billing & Documentation Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of billing documents and related sales paperwork.
4.Debt Collection & Follow-up: Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers to ensure timely debt collection and resolution of financial issues.
5.Inventory Clearance Planning: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring inventory is cleared in alignment with sales plans and operational goals.
6.Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support strategic planning and decision-making.
7.Perform other related duties as assigned. And develop project improvement
