Paralegal - Intellectual Property (Ip)

Performs administrative and support tasks for IP team
- Handles work database, checks, records and updates work status and timelines, organizes and maintains files, and monitors deadlines for IP team
- Assists in trademark prosecution work, including preparing forms, templates, and any required documents, preparing and filing documents with the Thai Department of Intellectual Property (DIP) or other authorities as requested
- Collaborates and communicates with the DIP and other relevant authorities as required (including travelling to DIP)
- Prepares simple reports and helps with translations of basic documents
- Assists in research work, information checking and fact searching
- Supports miscellaneous work of the office activities
- Provides any other support to the team and performs other duties as assigned by supervisors
**Requirement**:
- Relevant experience in a legal department, law firm or related industry is preferable
- Office administration experience will be an advantage
- B. is optional but not mandatory
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English (reading and writing)
- Ability to appropriately handle multiple priorities and collaborate with others
- Great communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, productive, committed, open-minded and eager to learn
- Strong service mind with a positive can-do attitude
- Must be able to function effectively in a time-constraint, team-oriented environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
