**Responsibilities**
- Utilizing Java Spring Boot as the backend technology.
- Managing and coaching a team of software developers.
- Closely collaborating with other developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
- Maintaining current knowledge of the standard language, coding methods, and operations requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Development using Java is a must.
- 4+ years of managing a team of at least 5 developers is a requirement.
- Experience using spring boot with microservice is a requirement.
- Front End experience with Angular 2+, React.JS or Vue.JS
- Good attitude, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are a huge plus.
- Good English skills (communication skills, interpersonal, oral, and written) are a plus.
