Our client is a leading global manufacturer of consumer products.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing the daily operations of the storage bag production line, including scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
- Implementing and enforcing quality control procedures to ensure all storage bags meet specifications.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Managing production staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Monitoring production output and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyzing production data to identify trends and potential problems.
- Working with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure equipment uptime and functionality.
- Maintaining accurate production records and reports.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies related to milk storage bag production.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the plastics bag industry.
- Strong understanding of plastic film manufacturing processes.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
