Job Description:
Our client is a material trading which use in construction building. They are searching for an **Accounting Manager** with experience with PAE financial statements. This function's objective is to supervise and manage while keeping to the required timeframe.
- Manage and supervise all accounting activities of the parent business and its subsidiaries to guarantee accuracy and compliance with PAE and SET laws.
- Analyzing the monthly consolidated financial statements and ensure that they are timely reported.
- Review monthly/quarterly/annual consolidated financial accounts and communicate with the company's auditor and audit committee members.
- Monitor the company's internal control environment and work with internal auditors on yearly audit plans and weakness remedy plans.
- Managing a group of accountants
- Excellent team player with good organizational and communication abilities, as well as proactive management.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting is required.
- Proven working experience in the accounting function, ideally in a publicly traded firm
- Strong accounting knowledge of PAEs and consolidation financial statements
- SAP experience is highly preferred.
- Both CPD and TA certification are necessary.
- Audit experience is advantageous.
- Excellent grasp of written and spoken English
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Must be a self-starter, very organized, and energetic.
- Extensive attention to detail and correctness
- Capability to direct and supervise an accounting team
