We are working with a client who are at the front of media strategy and innovation.
- Providing all secretarial / administrative support functions for the Team Lead; communications, travel coordination, calendar and scheduling, interaction with both internal and external executives.
- Performing receptionist functions and managing the the front office areas smoothly, including receiving incoming calls and forwarding them correctly with a professional manner.
- Performing administrative support efficiently, including scheduling timetable drafting and replying, preparation of meetings rooms, issuing POs, and PMR, etc.
- Updating the phone list and name cards.
- Coordinating with messengers to get orders and distribute the day-to-day as required by the business.
- Coordinating with couriers for day-to-day parcels and distributing to staff.
- Ensuring the office storage, stationary, pantry is tidy according to established standards.

**Requirements**:

- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Having direct experience will be an advantage.
- Able to coordinate with others and work as much as possible.
- Able to use a computer (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Welcoming, friendly, diligent, patient.
- Able to start work immediately.
- 5 working days.
