**About the role** We’re on a search for a Senior Product Designer to help drive the product design lifecycle. You will work closely with the Product Managers and Engineers to gain a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements, in order to implement the well-designed solutions to ease our customer pain points. You will also be given the opportunity to take charge of formalizing the company-wide design system, to consolidate the brand's visual identity throughout all marketing, web and mobile platforms, and to oversee all visual communication endeavors.

**Responsibilities**

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups

Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces

Design UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components

Collaborate with the product and engineering team to plan optimal solutions to design problems that balance customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities

Translate abstract ideas into tangible, high quality design solutions

Create wireframes and high fidelity mockups to present to stakeholders

Be involved in all of the UI/UX designs from product concept to launch

Work with developers to create web, iOS and Android mobile and tablet prototypes for all product lines

Create assets and graphics to assist in the production of products and prototypes

Create branding and marketing collateral

Lead the team with a hands-on approach

Worked with dedicated product teams, directly pairing with product managers and engineers within the team

Have experience working on consumer centric products

Ability to mentor junior designers

Proven experience of positively solving a customer pain point and impacting business goals

Are used to working with teams in different locations and can successfully partner agnostic of where they are physically based

**Good to have**:
Working in regulated environments

Fluent in using Figma and building design component libraries
