The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end planning & execution of our livestream and shortvideo initiatives supporting our ongoing e-commerce campaign. Join us as we drive the future of e-commerce here at TikTok.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for campaign consumer experience, working in conceptualising, developing and executing marketing campaigns, including major sales (e.g. 11.11), occasional festivals (e.g. paydays) and other major cross-category campaigns
- Conduct campaign KV & material design to express the key selling-point. Develop the voucher strategy and do flexible adjustment during campaigns based on realtime performance and budget constraints. Keep upgrading campaign experience by providing innovative ideas, building partnerships and configuring gamifications etc
- Collaborate and coordinate across stakeholders, including working with internal account managers, user research, creator manager, and other cross functional teams (e.g. Marketing team, PR, graphic designers, product team, R&D team etc etc) for campaign creation and optimization
- Keep abreast of trends on social media, e-Commerce, digital marketing and industry developments, and leverage trends and developments to optimise campaigns
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce specializing in livestreams and shortvideos
- Fluent in Thai & English
- Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience
- Keen user product awareness, familiar with domestic and foreign strong interactive products such as TikTok and instagram, like to understand and accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots
- Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly obtain results
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills
