Summary

**Scope and General Purpose of Job**:
To manage the Beverage program throughout the hotel’s F&B operation as well as the Andaz Lounge outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet. Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operations.

Operational
- To establish the service standards for the Beverage program throughout the hotel F&B operations and the Lounge outlet, overseeing the consistent implementation of the service standards and training the associates as necessary.
- To monitor all beverage operations, especially during peak business periods, assisting and making adjustments where necessary.
- To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented, and that optional brand standards have been implemented where appropriate.
- To make sure that the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.

Operational (continued)
- To respond to the results of the Consumer Audit and to ensure that the relevant changes are implemented.
- To work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.
- To make sure that outlet associates work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
- To taste and monitor the beverage products served, providing feedback where appropriate.
- To develop an outstanding beverage selection that is competitive in the local marketplace and includes: coffees and teas; alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages; and in interesting wine programme.
- To work closely with the Stewarding Manager to ensure that operating equipment is cared for to maximise its useful life and to minimise breakage.
- To work with the Director of Engineering and Housekeeping Manager to ensure that the outlet is clean, properly maintained and cared for.

**Qualifications**:
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Thai nationality (only)
- 3-5 years’experience working in luxary hotel
- Positive outlook & team player with good communication.
- Creative & passionate by nature, and someone who keeps up with new trands.
- Focused on quality and consistency with keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep calm in difficult situations.
- Proactive work style.
