- คุณสมบัติพื้นฐาน
- งานประจำ- 3 - 5 ปี- เชียงใหม่- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองได้- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
- MAIN DUTIES:
- o Work with HQ team to identify the ’s requirements and expectation of each event for Motorrad, BMW and Mini.- o Coordinate with sales teams of 3 brands for giving them the information such as concept, premium, venue,- model display, PR plan, sales target, and other details before the event day- o Responsible for showroom event, roadshow from initial planning to event promotion, on-site event and- management and post-event follow up. This includes After Service, Body & Paint events,- o Liaise with vendors, influencers, and team during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. o- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.- o Work closely with Event Specialist to maintain event budgets.- o Book venues, entertainers, photographers, influencers and schedule MC- o Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the BCM’s standards. o Assess- an event’s overall success and submit findings.- o Maintain POS and internal PR to meet the showroom’s standard- คุณสมบัติ
- Requirements:
- o At least 3 years’ experience as an event coordinator.- o Well-organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.- o Outstanding vendor management skills.- o Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, hospitality management or public relations is preferred.- o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.ดูคุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
