- Bachelor Degree of any field.
- Good communitcation in Thai - Eng - Chinese (Preferred Chinese HSK3 and above).
- Good experience with achievement in sales, store management, retails fashion, of luxury products.
- At least 3 years working with luxury fashion stores.
- Good people skill and customor service management.
- Fashion sense and coaching skill to develop team.
- Have a charismatic personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
- An adaptable individual, who enjoys working in fast pace and evolving environments.
- Work station at Phuket, Thailand
- Responsibilities:Lead sales team for World Class Luxury Boutique Brand on the principles of client development and ways of capturing new lead generation; and Provide weekly reporting.
- Drive sales targets, KPI's and client strategy by identifying and pursuing opportunities for new lead generation.
- Be the good roles model of leader to manage all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating and excellent client experience.
- Ensure client loyalty by creating engagements from which the client derives value in the brand and product as per Company standards
- Communicating potential client and/or market shifts, changes or reactions to engagements/activities, as well as updating and monitoring the CRM by conveying brand's values.
