**Responsibilities**
- Handle incoming inbound call and online digital inquiries from customer
- Outbound call to existing and new prospect customers to generate vehicle service appointments, lead conversion and marketing engagement.
- Monitor service appointment booking to ensure appointments are created, on tracked and customer received services from showroom.
- Outbound call customer survey satisfaction to provided support meets brands and company standards.
- Coordinate with marketing send update newsletter, sms activity and campaign to maintain Customer Retention on weekly basis within given timeline.
- Provide reporting to dealership and OEMs
- Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner.
- Reports to work on time every day as scheduled.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor**’**s degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Telesale role are preferred.
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Pro-active attitude and good problem-solving skills.
- Work productively and maintain effective relationships in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Analytical Skill and Self Motivated
- Good in English
