**Job Purpose**

To lead Site Planning, Talent Center, and Co-Packer operations with a high degree of flexibility, supporting the supply chain in meeting superior customer service targets. This role ensures the implementation of robust logistics, occupational health and safety, and environmental policies aimed at achieving world-class standards.

**Main Responsibilities**

1. Site Planning and Performance Management
- Oversee the Minburi site planning operations to meet performance targets, utilizing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles alongside ISO 45001 and OHSAS standards.
- Collaborate with factory managers and MSO to align production with sales requirements, maintaining optimal stock levels and achieving KPI targets.

2. Team Development and Communication
- Develop team members to their full potential through training to enhance skills and competencies.
- Foster open communication on performance, strengths, weaknesses, and development areas.

3. IT and Stock Management
- Implement effective use of IT within the warehouse, focusing on stock management, production records, and accurate measurements.
- Support and accelerate the adoption of logistics innovations and improvements.

4. Company Values and Communication
- Ensure that the company’s vision, values, and policies are communicated and understood by all team members.
- Report any potential or emerging issues that could have adverse effects to the appropriate stakeholders.

5. Administrative and Confidentiality Management
- Manage departmental administrative tasks and uphold strict control over confidential information and documents.

6. Co-Packer Capacity and Cost Management
- Develop the capabilities of Central Co-Packers to meet ULT’s requirements, delivering reliable service and competitive costs.
- Facilitate best practices and cost-effective operations at co-packers.

7. Warehouse (WH) Operations
- Manage the Minburi Warehouse operations, adhering to ISO 14501 and OHSAS standards to meet performance targets.
- Lead and implement SAP success in site planning operations, updating WH capacities and advising on investment and improvement needs.

8. Labor Management and Inventory Control
- Ensure labor flexibility in Minburi and maintain accurate stock control with traceable consumption of materials.

**Experience & Qualification**
- Batchlor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, other related field.
- At least 5 years experience in logistics management in FMCG industry
- Extensive experience managing complex operations
- Proven expertise in SAP, PPDS, and WH operations, with a record of solving process issues.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to drive team performance and flexibility.
