**Job description**:

- Monitoring and managing the full loop of GA and HR operations.
- Possessing managerial responsibilities for the organization's administration, payroll, and security tasks.
- Functioning as any employee's primary point of contact for enquiries and assisting in resolving complicated problems.
- Maintaining current, written processes for the HR departments.
- Maintaining personnel data including both physical copy and electronic format.
- Determining the legal requirements and reporting requirements of the authorities for the function of human resources.
- Assisting with any and all HR-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- At least 10 year experience in the HR field.
- Ability to prioritize activities and multitask without assistance.
- Essential to have excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiating skills, with detail-oriented, teamwork, hardworking, cautious, and honest abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
