PRTR’s IT team is looking for an experienced Network Manager to come join one of our international clients based in Bangkok. You’ll be a key player in the Network team to drive operational support and projects. Previous experience working in the Financial sector would be ideal but not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing the day-to-day network operation services.
- Managing and monitoring Network Infrastructure.
- Handling the documentation related to the Incident, Problem, Request and Change Management.
- Documenting procedures and troubleshooting procedures related to Network infrastructure.
- Being responsible for the Quarterly Network Devices user review.
- Ensuring the network operation complied with IT security policy and regulatory compliance.
- Working with vendors for problem resolutions and maintenance.
- Handling the on call support during non-office hours.
- Handling the on site for Maintenance/Change Network infrastructure at HQ and Data Center.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.

**Qualification**
- More than 5 years working experience in Network Administrator, Network Security.
- Experience in Banking & Finance will be plus.
- Strong knowledge in networking such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocol, Network routing and switching.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network troubleshooting.
- Technical Experience in network technology such as Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, F5, Firewall Palo Alto, Juniper Firewall, Checkpoint Firewall, IPS/IDS, VPN and 2FA.
- CCNA or higher certificate is advantage.
