This role is responsible to provide information and assist daily surgery case to ensure about the safe and effective use of Stryker products.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

- Assist in surgery primarily the key account cases coverage.
- Surgical Cases pre & post arrangement including instrument kit monitoring.
- Assist & support CME workshops/ in service.
- Maintain good relationship with key customer stake holders
- Uphold the Compliance Culture and philosophy of the Company by ensuring the business is kept abreast and aligned to the highest code of ethic not limited to ADVAMED.

Education & special trainings:

- Certificate or Diploma with nursing related field or experience in nursing & case scrubbing.

Qualifications & experience:

- 2-3 years working experience as scrub Technician or clinical support

Physical & mental requirements:

- Initiative, pro-active and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication
- Good planning skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Self-motivated and team oriented
