**Officer Customs Clearance - CS**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Prepare customs process for export shipment with correctly detail.
- Handle outbound shipment to meet customer’s KPI and customer satisfaction.
- Check the correctness of document that customer required before sent original document to customer or consignee, such as B/L, FTA form, CO chamber, Legalized or any other required document to avoid any additional cost.
- Coordinate with all concerned parties, including liners, trucker, customer, inter -branch, inter - company.
- Prepare shipment report which are required by customer and update the status of the shipment to customer on time.
- Coordinate with the subcontract team to arrange the truck for pick up the shipment from customers and deliver to port terminal on time.
- Prepare the completed document with all original receipt and summarize all cost to billing on time.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 2 years of work experience in related fields
- Good knowledge in Customs clearance process
- Good command in English
- Highly service minded mentality
