Sales Executive

**Tasks**
- Work with the multi-stakeholders and decision makers at divisional, country and operational level to align with global Medical Devices strategy.
- Identify and drive strategic opportunities, partnerships or business alliances to develop new segments, services and key prospects within assigned markets.
- Lead in the development of pricing strategies to improve profitability.
- Build, develop and drive sales force excellence. Provide sales coaching on the ground to strengthen the sales competencies and capabilities where necessary.
- Monitor status reports including activity, closing, follow-up and adherence to goals.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum a Degree in Engineering with up to 3-5 years of business management experience in any of the following
- ** Knowledge in Medical Devices Business**:
- ** Knowledge and understand requirement for Physical Testing of Medical Devices and IVDs**:
- ** Knowledge requirement for ISO13485, ISO17025**:
- Outstanding sales or business management track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
- Strong learning agility with the ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment.
- Strong technical and English communication skills
- Exemplary stakeholder s management skills and ability to build network and communities.
