Job Description:

**Position: Expeditor (Contract)**

**Employment Status: 10 Months Contract**

**Working Hour: Monday - Friday**

**Office Location: Bangna, Bangkok**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage for sourcing, Buyer, and expediting to supply materials and services in accordance with Procurement strategy and Project/Functional requirements i.e. specification, safety, quality, delivery date, and cost effectiveness.
- Interface with Procurement Planning Team, and relevant functions in solving Project procurement and expediting issues
- Ensure that materials, equipment and required documentation are specified in accordance with project requirements
- Expediting the delivery process and maintenance of regular contact with Project Management clients or other department to ensure that activities are meet all the expectations of those group.
- Maintain updating Expediting status
- Interface with Material Coordinators, Engineering, Suppliers & project teams to revolve procurement and material delivery issues.

**Qualification**
- ** **Bachelor's degree required; a background in Engineering, Science, or Supply Chain Management is highly valued.
- Five or more years of experience as a Procurement Specialist within the oil and gas industry, with a focus on heavy machinery.
- Proven negotiation skills and excellent command of the English language.
