Key Responsibilities

Validating invoices by checking against PO, request an approval and record to accounting system
Review/Reconcile and prepare local tax returns (P.P.36, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53 and P.N.D.54).
Ensure all payments are verified and updated in the system.
Preparing reconciliation of assigned reports for month-end.
Provide/Issue withholding tax certificates to vendors suppliers.
Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Co-ordinate with other departments/External to driving AP activities related.
Coordinates with Operation Team and Share Service Center Team to record all AP invoices correctly and completely
Coordinate and follow up with share service and operation team to resolve outstanding issues related to payables.
Having process migration experience/ process streamlining and improvement will be an advantage
Other Ad-hoc assigned by Supervisor.

**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance
Minimum 2 years experience in account payable / accounting related work experiences
Good communication in English and or Chinese
Understand local tax / WHT
Good attention to detail and experienced with many transactions per month
