- Conducting yearly training needs survey.
- Creating and implementing annual training plan (Internal & External), Payment process for external training.
- Coordinating with related departments to implement training.
- Evaluating and summarizing training feedback.
- Creating summary training submitted to the Department of Skill Development.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in the HRD field.
- Good English with a TOEIC Score of 500 points up is plus.
- Able to utilize tools and programs to create new training methods.
- Able to be the training facilitator and MC.
- Good service and human relations.
- Good attitude, working as a team, and communication skills.
- Able to use Office 365; (PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate/Apps).
