Job Description:
Our organization seeks a highly qualified **Cash Application Specialist** to join a dedicated team responsible for safeguarding the integrity of our cash flow.

**In this critical role, you will assume a pivotal position in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all customer payments.** You will leverage your expertise to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing the functionality of our automated collections system and guaranteeing the prompt delivery of official receipts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement meticulous data verification procedures to confirm the legitimacy of customer payments against supporting documentation and corresponding bank statements.
- Oversee and streamline the automated collections process, fostering seamless collaboration with internal and external partners to guarantee its continued success.
- Issue official receipts to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough reconciliations of relevant bank accounts and general ledger accounts before finalizing deposit reports, ensuring the complete and accurate deposit of all collected payments.
- Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve collection-related issues, adhering to established company protocols and stringent compliance regulations.
- Provide comprehensive support to both internal and external teams in navigating collection matters, collaborating effectively with business units and customers to clear outstanding transactions.
- Secure and download bank statements to serve as a primary source of payment recording and verification.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in SAP software is a significant advantage.
- A comprehensive understanding of daily bank deposits, reconciliation processes, and general ledger accounts related to bank adjustments is necessary.
