Coach and Deliver Training to Boutique Staff for Performance Improvement
- Follow Boutique’s priorities, define monthly coaching actions and conduct regular field coaching and in-store training
- Identify the strength, weakness and training needs of each of the staff
- Spend most of the time on the floor and act as a role model on the selling and other service techniques
- Support the staff with consistent qualitative feedback & evaluation for the performance improvement
- Implement the trainings delivered by local Training Team and ensure they fit for the specific needs of each Boutique and in line with training objectives
- Monitor the results of Mystery Shopping and develop action plans tailor made to individual staff
- Support In-store CDM Manager to provide necessary client development trainings for achieving the target result of Boutique events
- Ensure the proper implementation of New Joiner Integration Program and follow up with the selected mentors and buddies on the progress
- Manage the training calendar and update training reports regularly

**Qualification**:

- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail industry, exposure in conducting training is preferable
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
- Service and people-oriented
- Detail-mined and well-organized
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Proficient in English
