Job Position: Procurement Assistant Manager - Home Care (SEA Innovation)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job

Home Care SEA Business Unit (HC SEA BU) has a coverage of more than 1.3bEU TO. With iconic brands such as Breeze, Omo, Surf, Sunlight. Comfort and more. We are actively transforming our category to be future-fit, and our purpose is “Clean Home. Clean Planet. Clean Future”, and we want to lead in greener, effortless, and delightful solutions for future homes in SEA.

In this role, you need to assist Procurement Manager to responsible for
- Be first contact point as business partnering with SEA Innovation Planning to drive impactful innovation to ensure quality and on time delivery and realize GM improvement with considering Procurement/ Supply chain resilience and agility.
- Manage project with coordination within Procurement community to meet project milestone.
- Working with Portfolio and BU Procurement to manage supply related risks from material sourcing until project launch.
- Works with the Supply Chain team, as well as the Business teams to develop a feasible (re) launch plans for all innovation.
- Working with Project team on doing Business case validation and material/CMs cost estimation.
- Understand business needs and able to define procurement solutions to support Innovation project.
- Activate support from full procurement organization to develop and land material strategies matching with Innovation project requirement.
- Coordinate with BU Procurement for the SEA Cost Saving idea (idea common across SEA Homecare BU).
- Any SEA project/ special assignment by Procurement Manager and Procurement Director e.g. material benchmarking, resilience, SEA Proc workshop etc
- Last but not least, the role is expected to drive cross-functional collaboration not only within Procurement but across other supply chain and business functions, to drive end-to-end efficiency and operational excellence to deliver Innovation.

Key Stakeholders:

- LTCP Team (Long Term Category Planning Team) - SEA
- BU Procurement in each market in SEA Homecare BU.
- Portfolio Procurement
- CM Cell/ SC Operations
- Finance, SEA RnD and Marketing.

Skill
- Business experience in Procurement and understanding E2E process.
- Quick learning and capable to work under high agile and pressure environment.
- Able to work with multi-function.
- Efficiency on communication skill and capability.
- Able to manage multi tasks.
- Flexible and Effective on Problem Solving.
- People management capability.
- Accountabilities, independence, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Travel:

- As per assignment if any requirement from project team.
