**Job Title: Internal Accountant**

Location: Level 30, Bhiraj Tower at The Emquartier, 689 Sukhumvit Rd, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable/Receivable (A/P, A/R)**:
○ Record all A/P and A/R transactions in the company system.

○ Process invoices by verifying accuracy and resolving basic discrepancies.

○ Issue invoices, prepare payment vouchers (Bank Transfer), and assist in following up on collections.

○ Reconcile basic monthly transactions between payments and bank statements.
- **Financial Reporting Support**:
○ Assist in preparing monthly input VAT reports and basic tax forms.

○ Support in maintaining and reconciling accounting ledgers.
- **Document Management**:
○ Organize and maintain a systematic filing system for financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.

○ Assist in collecting and organizing financial documents.
- **Basic Tax Compliance**:
○ Assist in the preparation of monthly VAT and basic withholding tax submissions to the Revenue Department.
- **Support to Finance Team**:
○ Provide general support to the finance team, including ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Thai nationality**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- **Experience**:2 years of experience in accounting, experience in account for design and construction field is a plus.
- **Skills**:
○ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office suite.

○ Basic knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax regulations.

○ Language: Thai and English

○ Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time management skills.

○ Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
