Oo La Lab is a disruptor in the world of fragrance, blending luxury, creativity, and immersive experiences into an unforgettable brand. We are now expanding our footprint across Asia and seeking an experienced, results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the region.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- A proven business developer with a strong sales track record in luxury, hospitality, retail, or experiential events.
- Experience working with premium or niche brands, ideally in perfume, beauty, or lifestyle categories.
- Someone with an extensive network and existing relationships in the luxury space, hotels, department stores, F&B, and event agencies.
- A strategic thinker who can identify, negotiate, and execute high-value partnerships across Asia.
- A dynamic self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and can open doors to new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a regional sales and expansion strategy to grow our presence across key Asian markets.
- Build strategic partnerships with luxury hotels, retail groups, event agencies, and distributors.
- Identify and secure high-value B2B clients, including corporate gifting, private label collaborations, and luxury brand activations.
- Drive sales growth, managing client relationships and ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop bespoke brand experiences and activations.
- Represent Oo La Lab at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

**What You Bring**:

- 5+ years experience in sales and business development within luxury retail, hospitality, or experiential marketing.
- A deep understanding of the Asian luxury market and its key players.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at senior levels within luxury brands, hotels, and retail groups.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to work independently to drive business growth.
- Passion for fragrance, design, and immersive brand experiences (experience in perfume is a plus).

Pay: ฿80,000.00 - ฿120,000.00 per month
