**Application Technologist (Savory), Thailand**:

- This position will be responsible to demonstrate interest and aptitude in tasting seasonings and ingredients. You will be required to follow seasoning formulations to blend seasonings and organize seasoning laboratory efficiently by keeping raw materials, seasoning ingredients and seasoning collection up-to-date. This role will be reporting to Application Manager (Savory), based in Thailand._

**The Position**:

- Prepare seasoning samples as requested for customer briefs, internal requests, technology performance assessment, QC standards, etc.
- Maintain organized and updated stock of seasoning raw materials in the laboratory
- Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EHS policies and good laboratory practices
- Participate in the evaluation of seasonings in food products and provide seasoning performance feedback
- Degree in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
- Proficient in sensory evaluation skills
- A strong team player and highly adaptive in multicultural & functional environment
- Independent and willingness to travel on short/ medium assignments
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Thai
