- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics

- 1) Control warehouse operations system by determining goods handling, implementation and improvement for operation procedures, equipment utilization

2) Responsible for the performance of the terminal to ensure good results are achieved, e.g. lost time injury, damage or loss, overall time management

3) Costs control, e.g. overtime in line according to support business and equipment usage.

4) Assist prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and submit on time

5) Maintains HSSE by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations

6) Work with concerned function to ensure effective supply solutions

7) Assist in the development of a distribution infrastructure that supports our customers in the most cost effective and efficient manner

8) Supervise daily activities of the terminal, equipment and team; e.g. inbounding, QC, shift planning and people utilization

9) Maintain good conditions of facility and utility, perform basic maintenance

10) Monitor & Maintain team in standard operating procedures and work instructions

11) Lead, Coach and develop team to improve skills and competencies

**Job Requirements**
- Qualification:
1.At least a Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse management or in related field.
2.At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse, distribution operations and/or Logistic.
3.English skill (Good) : listening speaking reading and writing.
4.Be able to work under pressure, not allow stress to affect quality of work.

1.Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve in a timely manner
2.Ability to work under pressure and independently, team player, analytical skill and positive thinking
3.Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the management, and business stakeholders both Thai and English.
4.Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skilfully gather and analyse information
5.Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
6.Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
7.Must be dependable, able to follow instructions and improve performance through management feedback
8.Ability to understand general business management and financial concepts and can Identify key components in strategic and business plans
9.Understanding the logistics process and knowledge of the third party provider’s capabilities and expectations
