Job Description

Sport Content Creator & Marketing Reporter
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Premier League, Thai football, and other major sports, consistently tracking developments to align with AIS PLAY’s strategic direction.
- Analyze match statistics, extract key insights, and propose timely story ideas from the field to the editorial team.
- Monitor live sporting events in real time, crafting engaging narratives and simplifying complex topics for AIS social media audiences.
- Attend major sporting events, uncover unique stories, and conduct interviews with prominent figures and athletes to expand AIS’s sports audience.
- Operate as a one-person journalist when necessary, ensuring agility and responsiveness.
- Write captivating articles and features, translating foreign-language content into Thai with accuracy and flair.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and be prepared for both domestic and international reporting assignments.
- Collaborate with production, backend, and marketing teams to ensure seamless content delivery.
- Identify audience interests and produce high-engagement content to achieve organizational marketing goals.
- Manage and optimize content across multiple social media platforms—TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and X (Twitter)—tailoring output to each channel.
- Edit video content using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Capcut.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for content presentation, utilizing software like Adobe Photoshop.
- Adapt to non-traditional working hours, especially weekends and late-night shifts (matches typically occur between 17:00-02:00).
- Thrive under pressure, producing timely content in dynamic, real-time environments.
- Utilize analytics to track content performance and inform strategic improvements.
- Integrate AI tools effectively to support content creation and workflow.
