Medical Representative

**Job Title: Medical Representative**
**Location: Bangkok, Thailand**

**About the role**:
To make direct contact with physicians and other healthcare providers in order to introduce and promote Takeda products and in order to achieve individual Sales Targets, A&P optimization, call investment and new listing/ protect listing status /increasing market share/growth/GRP.

**How you will contribute**:
1. To engage HCPs in order to generate sales contact opportunities and promote Takeda products.

2. To effectively utilize all sales tools and resources, including marketing materials, to promote Takeda products and develop professional business relationships in order to drive territory sales results.

3. To implement sales activities to be aligned with marketing strategies: GRP, LT, etc

4.To provide approved electronic information (MCM-multi-channel-material) to physicians on Takeda products, i.e. proper medical usage, dosage amounts, side effects, etc. in order to alert them to appropriate use of the products

5. To generate and send MOR, TM, SFE tools in order to update area situation and sales achievement in each month

6. To attend, being booth manner of booth exhibition and attend mandatory class

**Senior MR Accountability **(add on Medical Representative Accountabilities)
- (3) To implement sales activities to be aligned with marketing strategies: GRP and _engage speakers for LT._
- To provide consultative support to team of any queries arise as project coordinator and conduct tasks assignment (consolidate or validate files, buddy project new MR and mentoring New MR)

**Executive MR Accountability **(add on Sr. Medical Representative Accountabilities)
- To generate and send MOR, TM, SFE tools in order to update area situation and sales achievement in each month and collaborate with cross functional (BU, MKT, RA, Compliance, KAM, Training, etc.)
- To provide consultative support to team of any queries arise as project coordinator and conduct tasks assignment (consolidate or validate files, buddy project new MR and mentoring New MR)
- To be team project head in order to co-ordinate with DSM, PM, PE: Live broadcast
- To coaching new MR with DSM: buddy project of new MR, mentor new MRs
- To be team scientific center to support team any enquiries for continuous learning and staying up to date information
- To learn R&R of DSM and PE/PM with special assignment: mentoring TM Plan, Call quality, Training New MR, Product training, project

**What you bring to Takeda**:
**EDUCATION, PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE**:
**Medical Representative**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy / Medical Science)
- Experience in Pharmaceutical sales is preferred.

**Senior Medical Representative**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy / Medical Science)
- 2 years pharmaceutical sales with a minimum of 1 year at Takeda
- Successful Completion of sales training courses as required for first year in Professional Sales Representative position.
- At least continuously 2 years above-average sales performance.
- Consistently demonstrates competencies that exceed expectations for Professional Sales Representative for a minimum of one year.

**TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Need to travel locally within the assigned district
