**As an Influencer Creative Planning Executive at AnyMind Thailand, you will support the team in crafting creative ideas and visual concepts that drive impactful influencer campaigns. With a flair for design and storytelling, you'll contribute both creatively and visually, from brainstorming initial ideas to developing content layouts and visual briefs for KOLs. This role blends creative thinking, campaign planning, and art direction, making it an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about both strategy and design.**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Creative Ideation: Support brainstorming sessions to develop standout ideas and key visuals for influencer campaigns across digital platforms.
- Visual Communication: Assist in art direction and the development of visual concepts, from mood boards to KOL visual references and campaign mockups.
- Design Execution: Create presentations, social mockups, and key campaign assets using design tools with high attention to detail and creativity. Help build engaging and brand-consistent visual briefing decks and KOL guides.
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate basic campaign tasks, including influencer content reviews and visual quality checks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal design, strategic, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

**Who You Are**:

- 0-1 year of experience in creative or digital agency work (internships in the creative field are welcome).
- Strong design and visual communication skills; a portfolio is highly encouraged.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma.
- Basic understanding of influencer marketing and digital content creation.
- Able to visualize ideas clearly and communicate creative concepts effectively.
- Interested in digital trends, storytelling, and content aesthetics.
- A team player with good communication and project coordination skills.
- Basic English communication (written and spoken) is a plus.
- Passion for experimenting with new tools, especially AI in creative work.
