Explore an exciting Marketing internship opportunity at Coty, a leading beauty-forward company, and home to an illustrious roster of cosmetic, skincare and fragrance brands. As an intern, you'll provide marketing administrative support to the team and have a chance to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience on marketing and retail business. Through this role, you’ll be able to gain an understanding of:
1) Brand management
2) Marketing operation
3) Beauty market dynamic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Responsible for organizing and downloading product information for new product launches (product name, size, EAN, IRC, description, ingredients, packshots) from Coty resource library into shared template for cross functional team usage. Assisting in creating briefs for digital out-of-home, digital marketing and gathering competitive evidence. Managing assets for retailers, such as briefing local agencies on graphics and translating content. Handling sampling forms, translating, and ensuring the artwork is used correctly to prepare briefs for deployment. Support in the creation of PR/PO for vendors. Support in the preparation of monthly and post-launch reports on own brands and competitors, providing feedback and recommendations to teams.
PR/IM Support and assist PRIM team product requisition from warehouse and packing of pre-series and products to be disseminated to agency or KOLs.
**Visual Merchandising Sephora planogram management**: using planogram brief provided by merchandising team and fill in Backwall and Gondola templates for retailer (product name, EAN, IRC, size, facing)

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Currently enrolled in a Degree in Marketing - or related discipline. Communicate well in English (both spoken and written) Great with Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint); video-editing knowledge will be a plus Can do attitude and good interpersonal skills Fun, creative and interest in beauty trends is a plus
