- Design campaign dashboard that capture insights with recommendation to management including identify data source for the dashboard
- Build cost and benefit analysis model for campaign effectiveness assessment
- Work with Data team to identify customer segment and analyze customer’s lifetime value by segment to support initiatives
- Design and implement customer service initiatives for specific segment including productization of service offerings that build and maintain customer engagement and loyalty for FWD
- Work with counterparts in Customer Center, Operations team (POS, Claim, etc.) to implement service offerings including operational process and SLA
- Partner with external vendors to implement services that the company cannot provide in-house. Strong negotiation skills are required to work with external vendors
- Perform other related duties, special projects and assignments as required
