**Responsibilities**:
Job Summary:

- Production scheduling & order fulfillment: Accountable on following areas;
- Review forecast/ master plan against inventory level, order entry as well as customer requirements so as to conduct schedule arrangement.
- Review production capacity and sequencing with production team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled as per agreed lead time or planning strategies.
- Manage and prepare RM for production schedule.
- Provide PJD or availability date to customer service or requestor in order to communicate to customers and assure availability as commitment. However, if deviation occurs, he/ she shall update and provide action plan to customer service or requestor as soon as possible.
- Support data and work with cross functional team when required, to solve production failure until successfully receive finished goods as planned.
- Inventory management: key responsibility will be as following;
- Manage replenishment plan both finished products and raw materials by following FIFO policy.
- Monitor and maintain inventory level of finished products and raw materials by aligning with demand and planning strategies.
- Review slow moving or non-conformity materials, then, coordinate with technical team. i.e. R&D, QC to find out a used up plan to eliminate undesirable stock.
- Data analysis
- Highlight and summarize a monthly report to address all production issues which are considered to impact to order fulfillment lead time, RM usage/consumption, etc. and work with cross functional team to solve problem and put preventive action in place.
- Prepare all aspects of inventory data and communicate to all concerned for awareness and action for improvement.
- Quality standard: This position is required to assist supervisor to prepare, review and maintain proper ISO procedure as well as other quality standard over the time.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
1. Education:

- Bachelor degree or higher in chemistry, international business, statistical department or related field.

2. Experience field: At least 4-5 years’ experience in Production Scheduling and Planning.

3. Other requirements:

- Good knowledge background of international business, import-export, and inventory management, supply chain are advantageous.
- Ability to use advance Excel for big data preparation and analysis.
- Ability to communicate at least Bilingual (Thai and English).
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, initiative, good communication and presentation skills, able to handle multi-task and dynamic personality.
- Highly Service Mind, Enjoy to work in Cultural Different environment together with positive attitude and work well under pressure.
- Flexible in working time.
- Own transportation is required.
