**หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ**:

- ㆍLead the visual design direction of our label's creative projects, ensuring they align with our artists' brand identities and business objectives.
ㆍ Collaborate with our marketing and A&R teams to develop creative concepts for album art, merchandise, social media content, and other marketing materials.
ㆍProvide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
ㆍ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
ㆍ Present design concepts to stakeholders and make revisions based on feedback.
ㆍStay up-to-date with design trends and incorporate them into our label's creative output.

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- ㆍBachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
ㆍ 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating your
design skills.
ㆍStrong leadership and mentorship abilities.
ㆍExcellent communication and collaboration skills.
ㆍ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
ㆍ Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
ㆍ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
