หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- กำกับ ควบคุมภาพรวมการทำงานภายใน The Walk ของสาขาที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้ผู้เช่าพื้นที่ ส่งเสริมประสิทธิภาพในการแข่งขัน และสนับสนุนการสร้างยอดรายได้ให้สามารถบรรลุตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้
- กำกับ ควบคุมภาพรวมการทำงานภายใน The Walk สาขาที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด เพื่อให้มีการบริหารจัดการที่ดี สามารถสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับผู้เช่าพื้นที่
- พัฒนา ปรับปรุงมาตรฐาน และกระบวนการทำงานภายใน ให้สอดคล้องตามนโยบาย และกลยุทธ์ขององค์กร
- บริหาร และตรวจสอบผู้เช่าพื้นที่ ให้มีการปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขสัญญา และกฎระเบียบของศูนย์การค้าได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- บริหารการจัดเก็บค่าเช่าพื้นที่ให้เป็นไปอย่างครบถ้วน และตรงตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ตลอดจนพิจารณาการให้ส่วนลดค่าเช่าพื้นที่ในแต่ละกรณี ให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสมตามสถานการณ์
- กำกับ ควบคุมภาพรวมความเรียบร้อยของระบบสาธารณูปโภค ระบบทำความเย็น การทำงานของเครื่องจักร และอุปกรณ์อิเลคทรอนิคส์ต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์การค้าให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับ ควบคุมงาน Loss Prevention รวมถึงงานความปลอดภัยทั้งภายใน และภายนอกอาคาร ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตลอดจนดูแลการทำงานของ Outsource ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- กำกับ ควบคุม และตรวจสอบการจัดซื้อ และงานบัญชีสาขาให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้อง โปร่งใส และมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารจัดการความต้องการ และข้อร้องเรียนของผู้เช่าพื้นที่ รวมถึงดำเนินการ และติดตามการแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- กำกับ ควบคุม และบริหาร Flow Traffic ภายในศูนย์การค้า รวมถึงดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ ความเพียงพอของสถานที่จอดรถ ตลอดจนบรรยากาศโดยรวมภายให้ศูนย์การค้า ให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม
