This position will suit a person wishing to develop an ORGANIZATIONAL and TEAM LEADING role in luxury and craft. We are a luxury brand têxtile design and manufacturing company exporting worldwide, based in Chiang Mai.
Profile

This position is for a dynamic and creative person with a strong sense of design and 'organization and a “Can do” attitude.
They need to have the ability to translate a concept into a product.
They will need to direct a team to execute the design concept into a handmade item.
A good eye for detail and colour as well as strong organizational, communication, and scheduling skills are required for this position.
Have high motivation and absolute reliability and high-detail orientation.
- Responsibilities
- Direct a team for the execution of orders and prototypes of our designs for our handmade products
- Liaise with subcontractors and manufacturers
- Supervise inventory of the department and reorder process of supplies
- Create and develop samples
- QC during the production and after
- Ensure staff follow instructions
- Create, implement and improve systems of the department

Qualification
- Problem-solving
- Excel proficient
- Bilingual English /Thai
- Strong sense of time and urgency
- Good written and verbal communication skills
