- Lazada Sponsored Solutions offers a holistic suite of solutions for sellers and brands to effectively engage with their customers and acquire new customers Our Solutions leverage Lazada’s insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and targeting models, including self-service, managed service - our solutions help sellers and brands to build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. We believe that on-site marketing, when done well, can greatly enhance the value of the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners.**Responsibilities**:
- Drive revenue growth performance through account management operations, owned initiatives and stakeholders performance steering
- Lead, strategize and execute through operations team on how to grow revenue across all segments
- Lead project management initiatives, including designing work process/ related materials, prioritizing tasks, and managing internal/ external teams to various deliverables through collaboration with other departments\
- Responsible for developing incentives strategy to maximize growth on all sellers lifecycles
- Build relationships to plan future direction to increase traffic and sales with Sponsored Solutions
- Evaluate initiatives performance, analyze and provide key actionable insights on next steps

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field is required
- 3-5 years working experience preferably in Project Management / Business Development / e-Commerce / Paid Search Marketing / Account management
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders at all levels to drive quality results and actions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Thai and English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good leadership skills with ability to work independently and initiate projects/ solutions
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
