Our client is a Chinese multinational technology company headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It designs, develops, and sells telecommunications equipment and consumer electronics.

**Responsibilities**
- Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Screening resumes.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Performing reference and background checks.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
- Staying current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
- Developing and executing recruiting plans for different BGs.
- Handling network through headhunters, websites, industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
- Implementing the job fair, campus recruiting initiatives, and internship.
- Developing recruitment progress reports and performing job assessments and reviews.
- Supporting the recruitment team to achieve the overall target.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or above degree.
- Thai Nationality Only, age not over 35. (Preferred Female)
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment and administrative function.
- Result-oriented, adaptable, self-motivated, persistent, diligent, and responsible.
- Have an understanding of the current business climate and career trends.
- Be competent with budgets, targets, and finances.
- Be able to negotiate and lead teams, good interpersonal skills.
- Well organized and methodical.
- Good communication in English and Chinese (HSK5 or above).
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
