**Discover the Role**

TMF Group is looking for the position of Senior Associate in Global Entity Management at Bangkok Office.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle corporate legal works in fields of corporate law, investment law, labour law and immigration law;
- Demonstrate knowledge of, and experience with, laws dealing with government and/or commercial;
- Provide and draft legal advice, legal documents, interpret legal information and/or regulations;
- Develop strong client relationships and handle correspondences with clients in a timely manner.
- Assist team in carrying out responsibilities.

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law or higher;
- Minimum 3-year experience and interested in corporate field preferably with an international firm;
- Strong knowledge of regulatory law and legal aspects;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Able to deal and/or communicate with government authorities and clients.
