**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**:
As Product Owner of Customer Engagement platform, you will support brands’ marketing and work closely with the Business Analyst and internal Digital teams to support and maintain Customer Engagement platform.
**Main Duties**:
- Work with the key stakeholders and supervise Business Analyst to define the matrix that supports customer engagement via digital platform
- Ensure the overall deliverables and timelines associated with planning, development, and delivery of customer engagement platform.
- Confirm requirement and initiate the solution to respective stakeholders to deliver the solution on customer engagement platform.
- Collect, organize, monitor, and analyze Minor Food Digital product for an opportunity to optimized important product metrics such as app-retention, conversion rate.
- Drive the creation and management of the platform functionalities including integration/dependencies with the overall master WBS related to the monthly publication calendar.
- Manage the prioritization of new requests for platform functionalities throughout the planning and development phases of the monthly publication calendar.
- Establish Platform functionality review checkpoints with related stakeholders and manage expectations and activities against these processes and associated milestones
- Initiate and manage Product roadmap which align with both Digital product strategy as well as Business strategy
- Work with the Digital Brand Product and Marketing to ensure an integrated solution for customer engagement platform as they relate to customer data, activities via digital platform.
- Other projects/responsibilities, as assigned.

**Job Specifications**:
Good Command of English.

**Experience**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ecommerce, process management, requirement gathering and design.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in IT, Digital Product Management
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Analytics or Computer science.
