**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- เก็บรายละเอียดความต้องการจากลูกค้า/ผู้ใช้งาน (Requirement Gathering)
- วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า/ผู้ใช้งานระบบ และนำมา Design Solution, จัดทำFlow เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูกค้า และทีม Developer
- ศึกษา Process การทำงานในปัจจุบันเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ Process ที่ควรปรับปรุง
- วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงระบบเพื่อคอนเฟิร์ม Solution ร่วมกับทีมหรือผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

เคยวิเคราะห์ความต้องการของลูกค้า/ผู้ใช้งานระบบ และนำมา Design Solution, จัดทำFlow เพื่อสื่อสารกับลูก
