- 2. Research, analyze and monitor market situations, industry, market and company specific data and identify market opportunities.
- 3.Collect and collate appropriate data for use in database and conduct related analysis
- 4. Maintaining customer satisfaction
- 5. Handling KPI analysis and reports.
- 6. Compile and analyze internal and external data
- 7. Present and report findings to other departments and management
